On the left, the first grain of AM1 is in blue, the second in red. On the right, we show a zoom on the stress \(\sigma _{11}\) in the vicinity of the grain boundary, where the crack initiation has been predicted. Only one of the two grains has been represented in this zoom. The red color is related to the maximum stress and the yellow color is related to stresses close to zero
